Ir. Lingam Sanmugam is a Electrical Engineer, obtained his Degree in Bachelor of Engineering with Honors (Electrical & Electronics) from LEEDS Metropolitan University (UK) in 1998.

On technical qualification, Ir Lingam Sanmugam is registered as Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate (Electrical) with Board of Engineers Malaysia since 2006, Member of The Institution of Engineers Malaysia since 1998, Associate Asean Engineer of AFEO Governing Board since 2012 and a certified Competent Electrical Engineer by Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) He also holds Certificate of Proficiency issued by Telekom Malaysia under the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, Communications and Multimedia (Technical Standards) Regulations 2000 for network wiring design and copper cabling & fiber optics installation & maintenance for overhead and underground services.

Ir Lingam Sanmugam has been practicing engineering (M&E) for the past 20 years with various experiences in Residential building, Commercial building, Industrial plants, Sports Complex and Railway Constructions in Malaysia. He was also involved in Railway Project in Dubai and Commercial & Industrial plant construction in Jakarta. His expertise in numerous crisis management scenarios and skills in M&E engineering have contributed actively to numerous quality project delivery.

Today Ir. Lingam Sanmugam is the Managing Director of RAPIDVOLT VISITING SERVICES SDN BHD, overseeing best interest of the business and customers. He supports, conducts, and claims that “ACCOUNTABILITY, QUALITY & SAFETY” is the key to progress and the icon of future engineering growth. His aim is to provide all customers with outstanding & reputation support and be the engineering reference point.
