- To visit any installation such as factory, hotel, condominium and carry out physical inspection. Our Visiting Engineer will check if the premise is operating safely and will submit “Borang I” to the Energy Commission within 2 weeks of carrying out the inspection. This is a requirement by law under the Electricity Supply Act (1990)
- The protection relay, will trip or interrupt the power supply in the event of any abnormal condition, thus potentially saving lives in the process. As per the guidelines in Section 110 of the Electricity Supply Act and Electricity Regulations (1994), all protection relay test, must be carried out at least once in 2 years.
- Preventive Maintenance for Switchgears, Transformers and Switchboards must also be carried out at least once in 5 years.
- We provide Thermographic Surveys, using thermal imaging cameras. Our qualified Building Services Engineers can carry out thermographic surveys for periodic maintenance purpose.
- New application and yearly renewal of client’s Installation Registration license as required by the law.
- We help our clients to check if their electricity bill is under the correct TNB Tariff, as they may be paying higher than actual power usage. Putting under the correct Tariff can help clients achieve substantial savings in their TNB bill.
